Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of CVC Hunt services, including shard entry, matchmaking, real-time gameplay, rewards, redemption, and associated operator tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Gameplay and fair-use rules

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or tamper with network messages.
• Do not impersonate other users or manipulate shard, ranking, or reward outcomes.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass account, wager, or safety controls.

3. Wagers, Unity Points, and rewards

Unity Points, ranks, badges, and reward surfaces are promotional features unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. They are not legal tender and have no cash value.

• Wager participation is optional and subject to mode rules and account eligibility checks.
• We may reverse, pause, or adjust payouts for integrity, abuse, or operational incidents.
• Additional rules are described in the Rewards Policy.

4. Service availability and changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, shard modes, and reward mechanics at any time to improve stability, fairness, or compliance.

5. User content and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content to operate and improve the Services.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including game systems, visual assets, brand elements, and software, are owned by Club V Crew or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security abuse, fraud, or conduct that risks user or platform safety.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law and dispute process

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are handled under our Dispute Resolution Policy.
