Dispute Resolution Policy

This policy explains how disputes related to CVC Hunt gameplay, rewards, redemption, account state, or service operations are handled.

1. Informal resolution first

Contact info@clubvcrew.com with your account email, dispute summary, and supporting details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days (AEST) and work toward resolution within 30 business days where possible.

2. Formal notice

If informal resolution does not resolve the matter, either party may send a formal dispute notice to info@clubvcrew.com describing the issue and requested remedy.

3. Mediation

If needed, either party may propose mediation in Melbourne, Victoria. Unless otherwise agreed, reasonable mediation costs are shared equally.

4. Governing law and venue

Disputes are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Court proceedings are submitted to courts in Victoria.

5. Urgent relief

Either party may seek urgent equitable relief to prevent security abuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of confidential information.
