This Privacy Policy explains how Club V Crew ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use CVC Hunt services (the "Services"). This policy applies to the Hunt web app, shard matchmaking and gameplay surfaces, reward redemption routes, and related operator-facing endpoints.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, login identifiers, and faction profile state.
- Gameplay data: shard joins, session role, class selection, match outcomes, and progression stats.
- Economy data: wager entries, settlement records, reward issuance, and redemption activity.
- Usage data: routes visited, feature interactions, and telemetry used for reliability.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device signals, and security diagnostics.
- Support and communications: feedback, support requests, and operational issue reports.
2. Sources of information
- Directly from you when you create an account, join shards, or redeem rewards.
- Automatically from your device and service usage while operating in the app.
- From integrated platform services required to run authentication, data, and hosting.
3. How we use information
- Provide and secure real-time game services and account continuity.
- Operate gameplay systems, matchmaking, scoring, rewards, and redemption flows.
- Detect fraud, abuse, exploit behavior, or policy violations.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and improve product quality.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms and program rules.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information with service providers that help run CVC Hunt, including:
- hosting and application delivery providers,
- authentication and database infrastructure providers,
- realtime infrastructure providers,
- security and rate-limiting service providers when enabled.

5. International transfers
We may process data in multiple regions depending on infrastructure configuration. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.
6. Data retention

We apply role-based access controls, service authentication, and logged operational workflows designed to protect personal information. No service can guarantee absolute security.

- Access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to verification requirements.

- Opt out of non-essential communications.
9. Cookies and preferences

10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request removal.
