We retain personal information only as long as needed to operate CVC Hunt, maintain service integrity, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention windows may vary by data type.

1. Account data

Core account identifiers are retained while your account is active. After account deletion requests, we aim to delete or de-identify personal data within 30-90 days unless longer retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

2. Gameplay and progression data

Match history, shard progression, and leaderboard-linked records may be retained for up to 36 months after last activity to support integrity audits, balancing reviews, and dispute handling.

3. Economy and reward records

Wager settlements, escrow references, and reward issuance/redemption records may be retained for up to 36 months or longer when required for legal and accounting obligations.

4. Logs and security telemetry

Security logs and operational telemetry are generally retained for 12-24 months. Short-lived diagnostic logs used for reliability checks may be retained for 30-90 days.

5. Communications

Support conversations and policy inquiries are typically retained for up to 24 months from last contact.
